## Our verdict

BoldSign is a well-priced, developer-friendly e-signature platform with fast signing and a strong API. It stops at signing, though: beyond AI form-field detection there is no contract analysis, no obligation or renewal tracking, and no calendar sync. For teams managing contracts after signature, Contracko adds the AI management layer (analysis, obligation and deadline tracking, portfolio search) that BoldSign does not attempt.
