## Our verdict

Inhubber gets the security basics right: ISO 27001 hosting in Germany, GDPR, a blockchain audit trail, and QES eIDAS signing on every tier. The catch is the AI. Document analysis, which is what most buyers come for, costs €4/user/month on top of the €39.99 Standard tier, and isn't available on the €14.99 Basic plan. API access and Microsoft SSO only unlock on the custom-quote Professional tier, so a finance or procurement team that wants real integrations ends up in a sales cycle. Capterra reviewers also ask for more configurable contract templates and richer analytics, and describe an interface that 'can sometimes feel more like navigating an app than managing actual legal documents'. Because Inhubber is built as a full storage-plus-signature CLM, teams that already keep contracts in SharePoint or a drive pay for a second repository just to unlock AI extraction. Contracko takes a different approach: you point it at the contracts you already have and it extracts the dates and obligations, with reminders routed to wherever your team already works. The AI isn't billed separately.
