RightSignature handles signing and signed-document storage well and is now part of the ShareFile platform. It offers no AI and no contract lifecycle management, no analysis, no extraction, no obligation tracking, and no renewal reminders, and adopting it now means adopting ShareFile with its seat minimums. Contracko sits alongside it: it pulls structured data out of signed contracts and surfaces renewals, on top of wherever you store them.
