## Our verdict

Scrive is a genuine strength at the signing moment: as a Swedish QTSP it offers qualified electronic signatures (QES) alongside SES and AES, and it signs with national eIDs like BankID and MitID, which gives it higher legal assurance than Contracko's simple eIDAS (SES) e-signature. Where Scrive stops short is everything after the signature. Its AI analysis and extraction are absent or limited, obligation tracking is only limited, and there is no calendar sync to drive renewal reminders. Contracko layers deeper AI contract management on top of its simple eIDAS e-signature, adding analysis and extraction, full obligation tracking, calendar-synced renewal reminders, and a searchable repository, so the value continues across the whole contract lifecycle rather than ending at signing.
