Yousign is a credible European signing specialist, and its own ANSSI-accredited QTSP delivers qualified electronic signatures (QES), a higher legal-assurance tier than Contracko's simple eIDAS (SES) signing, which is worth crediting for EU buyers. Where Yousign stops at the signature, Contracko continues into the post-signature management layer. Contracko adds AI analysis and extraction, obligation tracking, calendar-synced renewal reminders, and a searchable contract repository on top of its own simple eIDAS e-signature.
