## Our verdict

Zoho Sign is an affordable, easy signing tool that fits neatly into the Zoho ecosystem and offers broad eIDAS coverage through partner QTSPs. It is a signing product, not a contract manager: no AI reads the contract, and there is no obligation or renewal tracking once it is signed. Contracko adds the AI management layer (analysis, extraction, a searchable repository, and calendar-synced reminders) over its own simple eIDAS e-signature.
