Yes. Contracko protects contract data with encryption in transit and at rest, EU-hosted infrastructure, GDPR-aligned data handling, two-factor authentication, and workspace-level access controls. Your contracts are not used to train AI models, and our AI providers process customer data under commercial API terms that exclude model training.
