Hi, I'm Budi, founder of Contracko

As a business owner, I know how much administration can sit behind a stack of contracts.

I used to run record labels. We dealt with hundreds of contracts with artists, distributors, and vendors. Documents lived in spreadsheets, email inboxes, cloud storage, and were spread across the organization. Understanding our rights, commitments, and obligations was a struggle.

Like many businesses, we solved this by storing documents in cloud storage, manually entering data in spreadsheets, and building fickle automations. One oversight could lead to gaps, however, and have expensive consequences.

I tried contract management software. Some tools were too basic. Others were built and priced like I was a Fortune 500. They added process, but they did not make the work itself feel lighter.

After selling the company, I kept thinking about that problem. Contract management should not mean manually copying dates, reading every clause from scratch, or trusting a spreadsheet to tell you what matters.

So I built Contracko: AI contract management that helps teams understand, organize, and act on their contracts. Upload a contract and Contracko extracts key data, reviews obligations, liabilities, gaps, and dates, tracks deadlines, and keeps the document and the structured record together.
