AI contract analysis

Upload a contract file—PDF, Word doc, or scan. Our AI extracts all key metadata: parties involved, financial terms, start and end dates, renewal cycles, notice periods, and contract obligations. It also generates a summary of the agreement.

The AI reasons about dates. If a contract states a one-year term starting January 1st, it infers the end date. If there's a 30-day notice requirement, it calculates when action is needed.

This eliminates manual data entry. You no longer need to read the fine print.

Expiration reminders

Contracko creates staggered expiration reminders for critical dates. A notice period doesn't just get one reminder on the date—it gets multiple reminders before that date.

For example: one month before the notice deadline, then one week before. This provides multiple opportunities to act.

Reminders arrive via email with context: which contract, what deadline, why it matters, and a direct link to the full document.

Contract repository

Every contract lives in one searchable location. Filter by status, counterparty, category, or date. Find any agreement in seconds.

Calendar integration

Contracko generates a calendar feed that syncs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. Contract dates—start dates, end dates, notice deadlines, reminders—appear alongside meetings and tasks.
